अविद्यानामन्तस्तिमिरमिहिरद्वीपनगरी
जडानां चैतन्यस्तबकमकरन्दस्रुतिझरी ।
दरिद्राणां चिन्तामणिगुणनिका जन्मजलधौ
निमग्नानां दंष्ट्रा मुररिपुवराहस्य भवति ॥

అవిద్యానామన్తస్తిమిరమిహిరద్వీపనగరీ,
జడానాం చైతన్యస్తబకమకరన్దస్రుతిఝరీ ।
దరిద్రాణాం చిన్తామణిగుణనికా,
జన్మజలధౌ నిమగ్నానాం దంష్ట్రా మురరిపువరాహస్య భవతి ॥

The "spek of dust" at your lotus feet becomes:
The island-city of rising Suns, for the ignorant;
The stream of ever flowing Nectar of the cluster-of-consciousness-flowers, for the unconsciousness (dull-witted) beings;
The string of chintaamanis (the jewel grants the wishes), for the destitute;
The tusk of Varaha Avataara (that lifted the earth from drowning), for those submerged in the ocean of births (and deaths)
