ధ్యేయం రూపం శిరోదోశ్చరణపదజుషా వ్యాహృతీనాం త్రయేణ ।
తత్సత్యం బ్రహ్మ పశ్యామ్యహరహమభిధం నిత్యమాదిత్యరూపం
భూతానాం భూనభస్స్వః ప్రభృతిషు వసతాం ప్రాణసూక్ష్మాంశమేకమ్ ॥ 9

In the universal egg, whose birth makes rise of light, emerging foremost of supreme brahman
the form of meditation, whose head, arms and feet are three vyAhRtis (svaH - heaven, bhuvaH - space, bhUH - earth)
THAT TRUTH; brahman - I behold. whose names are ahaH - day and aham - i, eternal form of sun
of the beings occupying earth, space and heaven and flourishing, the single subtle life-force!
Lets put it together:-
I always see and behold that supreme truth, single subtle life force of all beings described as "aham i.e, I" by everyone, the form of meditation whose head is heaven, arms are the space and feet is the earth, which is the first born of the supreme brahman in the beginning of emergence i.e., dawn, within this universal egg (brahmaNDa)! is the form of Aditya i.e, SUN.
