namastE namastE samasta prapanca
prabhOga prayOga pramANa pravINa
madIyaM mana stvatpada dva&n&dva sEvAM
vidhAtum pravRttaM sucaitanya sidhdhyai

prabhOga = the capability to enjoy
prayOga = the capability to give it to someone else for enjoyment
pramANa = the complete understanding of

this whole world  (samasta prapanca)

one who possesses these three qualities is called Iswara or the LORD.

I bow down again and again for such LORD (Sri RAMA) and let my mind get engaged in the seva of your lotus feet (tvat pada dvandwa) such that it attains the su-chaitanya (the right knowledge! that leads to moksha).

SivaH "rAma rAmEti rAmEti" kASyAm
tat Ekam param tArakabrahmarUpam
bhajE'ham bhajE'ham bhajE'ham bhajE'ham

I pray to Lord Raama, the ONE, transcendent, whose name is uttered in the ears of devotees in the city of Kaasi at the time of death, by none other than Lord Shiva as "raama, raama, raama" which denotes the form to "taaraka brahma" that transcends devotees beyond this samsaara of birth and death!

-- May this SrI rAma navami over the weekend bring both material and spritual upliftment to one and all.

Update: I have made an effort to explain each verse in one post on this medium collection: https://medium.com/upadesa-saram

Manmatha (man is mind + mathana is churning so, manmatha is the churner of mind i.e, Lord of Love), could gain a prominent place of access to Madhusudana (the destroyer of the demon Madhu, i.e. Vishnu who is beyond all desires!!) only because he was favored with the blessing glance from thee "makaraalaya kanyaka" i.e, Mahalakshmi . May her auspicious indolent sideglance fall on us as well! (May she bless us with prosperity by looking at me in passing at least for a moment!

Maunam - Silence

Aparokshaanubhuti is a prakarana of Bhagavan Adi Samkara. It takes a suitable saadhaka to the self realization.
Bhagavtpaada's description of mounam, maunam or silence:

-- http://sanskritdocuments.org/all_sa/aparokshaanbhuuti_sa.html

107. The wise should always be one with that silence wherefrom words together with the mind turn back without reaching it, but which is attainable by the Yogins.
108-109. Who can describe That (i.e., Brahman) whence words turn away ? (So silence is inevitable while describing Brahman). Or if the phenomenal world were to be described, even that is beyond words. This, to give an alternate definition, may also be termed silence known among the sages as congenital. The observance of silence by restraining speech, on the other hand, is ordained by the teachers of Brahman for the ignorant.

Siva Bhujangam

yatO ajAyate idam prapancham vicitram

saH karmAdihInaH svyam jyotiH AtmA
SivOham SivOham SivOham SivOham

From where this wonderful world originates,  in which it is sustained, into that it merges in the end; THAT which has no actions etc., (includes thoughts, words as well) the self effulgent "Atma"; I am THAT Shiva (Atma); I am that Shiva; I am THAT I AM!
